我信個世界冇野難倒我 2
自創另類溫泉蛋煮法成功!
成件事真係峰迴路轉。是咁的,之前睇左好多溫泉蛋食譜,好多又話要拮窿又話要冰火又話要80度好多麻煩野 (有個仲話要88度。點解唔係齊頭數80度或者90度,要係88度?我相信除左好意頭之外冇咩特別原因),卒之比我搵到個勁簡單既食譜—將隻蛋放落滾水焗廿分鐘—好啦咁簡單我梗係照做啦。滿心期待等左廿分鐘,1打隻蛋出黎,DLLM!生勾勾既!同就咁係雪櫃拿隻生蛋出來打落隻碗度一0的分別都冇!咁就蹉跎左我廿分鐘青春!1怒之下將隻生蛋倒落個篩度 (見圖)就咁隊落煲水度烚熟佢,咁就變左溫泉蛋,真係星爺話齋「比你估到我就唔係食神啦」。
用匙羹勁小心翼翼咁刮隻蛋落個兜度之後就要搞個汁喇。0的人話又要加柴魚汁又要加味醂,我屋企乜都冇,求那其溝左0的生抽黃糖同水撈撈埋埋又掂左。
除左邊邊0的蛋白熟得滯之外,中間真係浪下浪下蛋白蛋黃既溫泉蛋黎架。個汁甜甜地,雪1聲啜隻蛋入口,0的蛋汁同蛋白暖暖地咁係個口度浪下浪下,甜蜜又漫長。我真是1個天才小廚神啊!多哂拜 :-)
